There is a communion of love which underlies all life which we can call upon to open our hearts and release the defenses and patterns that separate us from ourselves and each other. As this year ends, we have a special opportunity as Rainbow Family to come together to practice forgieness and wisdom as we enter a new year.

There will be instructions in mindfulness meditation in sitting, walking and movement, guided loving kindness and forgiveness meditations, dharma talks, and time for group and individual exploration in a safe environment.

It is our wish to support the practice needs of meditators in early adulthood. To this end, Spirit Rock extends a special invitation to young adults (age 18-26) who wish to attend this retreat at a special rate of $15 per night, on a first come, first served basis. A limited number of special rates are available, please apply early.
