We offer this expanded day of Meditation and Yoga for Women in a flexible format to fit your busy life. You are invited to join us for the morning or the afternoon, or for both sessions as a daylong. New and experienced practitioners are welcome!
9am - 12:30pm morning session Finding Our Ground
Through yoga, meditation, and guided inquiry, we'll open into intimate connection with our embodied lives as women. We'll cultivate the art of resting in our bodies in relaxed presence, finding our grounded center in the midst of the ever-changing flow of life.
