Are you interested in learning mindfulness meditation or curious about taking classes at Spirit Rock but not sure where to start? If so, we invite you to come to one of our Community Welcome programs. It's an opportunity to give meditation a try, learn more about mindfulness, and ask questions about our program offerings in an informal setting with other folks who are just beginning their exploration of mindfulness meditation.
Our Community Welcome meets once a month from 6:30pm – 7:15pm before the Monday Night Dharma Talk & Meditation. The program includes basic meditation instruction, a short, guided sit, and a question-and-answer period. You are invited to join in the Monday Night Dharma Talk & Meditation Group afterward. There's no charge to attend our Community Welcome.
