Self-Healing through Gentle Qigong

Do you want to experience good health, more energy and learn practices that balance body mindf and spirit? Qigong is an ancient self-healing technique and self-care practice it's beautiful flowing movements of Qigong relieves stress, promote healing increase energy and strengthens the immune system this simple technique can result to better sleep, good circulation, balance and improved concentration.

We will learn and explore how to purge stuck Qi. Stuck Qi could be stress, aches and pain around the joints, chronic pain, restless mind. Here we will learn how to unstuck blockages that blocks the energy flow. We will learn accupressure massage and tapping on the energy points, and how different emotions affect each organs. Each week we will learn cleansing on the bones and bone marrow through breathing and slow stretching. We will learn the three meridians: upper, middle and lower danteins. Each week we begin and end with meditation. Learning Qigong is also beneficial to those individual who are therapists, care providers, bodyworkers, helps clear energy between clients, jobs that requires repetitive muscle motion causes injury. The class and exercises can be done standing and sitting down. Beginners and special needs student are welcome.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this class for $90.


General Information

Online registration for our programs is available until 12 noon of the last business day prior to the day of the event (e.g. online registration for a Monday program ends at 12 noon on the prior Friday). There is an additional $5 fee for registering at the door. If you can't attend an event you registered for, please see our Cancellation Policy.
