Full Life Practice considers the totality of the human being in the world we are living in now. It is an open invitation to stop, inquire and recognize what is true and liberating at the core of all existence and bring that into all facets of life.

This daylong retreat will begin with body awareness practices. The Buddha taught awareness of body as a cornerstone to the path of enlightenment; allowing for relaxation, renewal and letting go. Here we can drop the story we are telling ourselves about what is happening and enter into the underlying experience directly. Knowing this, we can rest in awareness and touch what is timeless.

The afternoon will be an interactive exploration of our personal needs and how they are part our own journey of healing and maturation. While awakening can illuminate what is timeless and ever-present, maturation and healing is a graduated process of knowing and meeting needs. Combining healing, maturation and engagement alongside awakening grounds the divine into our human experience and supports a life full of aliveness and wholeness.
