The program of Next Step Dharma is critical and it’s beautiful. I think that people would have benefited for decades if there had been such a program like this.

Mindful Loving Awareness: A Day for New and Experienced Meditators

Join us in quieting the mind and steadying the heart. By cultivating a calm, spacious mind and a kind heart toward ourselves and all others, we can embody loving awareness. As our wisdom and compassion grow, we can live with more gracious care and bring these powers into the world that so needs them. Along with sitting and walking meditation, there will also be storytelling and fresh discourse on the Dharma throughout the day, with time for questions and discussion.
