The practice of mindful eating can be one doorway into the practices and path of liberation. How can the practice of mindfulness and the brahmavihāras support more joy, compassion, lovingkindness, and equanimity in relation to eating and other aspects of our lives? In this daylong, we will explore the Buddha’s teachings of freedom from suffering and craving in relation to food and our own lives and you will learn foundational mindful eating practices that you can begin to use daily.
