Come join us at the beautiful Angela Center in Santa Rosa for this 6-night retreat exploring awareness through the vehicle of the body and in the spirit of a heart of friendliness, compassion, joyfulness and nonreactive balance.

In community, we will practice sitting and walking meditation in silence, enjoy optional mindful movement yoga practice, and explore the teachings through direct experience, meditation instructions, and dharma talks. We will ground in the body, explore the many flavors of the heart, and open into increased capacity to be mindfully aware at many levels. We will learn more about what leads to reactivity and how to settle and release it through the body, heart, and awareness itself. To better support your practice, there will be group and individual check ins with the teachers offered. Suitable for beginning and experienced practicioners.

Spirit Rock extends a special invitation to young adults (age 18-26) who wish to attend this retreat at a rate of $35 per night, on a first come, first serve basis. A limited number of special rates are available, please apply early.
