Dawn Neal, MA

Dawn Neal is the Guiding Teacher of Insight Santa Cruz, and a teacher at Insight Meditation Center. She has devoted several years to silent retreat since 2005, including temporary ordination in Burma.

Dawn has an MA from the Institute of Buddhist Studies in Theravada Studies and Spiritual Care. She is a published scholar and core faculty member of the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies Chaplaincy Program.
